Can't download any apps on iPhone 14 (iOS 18.7.8)

Hi, I can't download any app from the App Store on my iPhone 14, iOS 18.7.8. I have enough storage. I tried restart, sign out/in Apple ID, Media & Purchases, reset network settings, DNS, date/time, and iCloud/Purchased. No error, it just won't download. Any fix? Thanks.
