Error trying to update iPhone SE 3rd Gen on IOS 27 with Itunes Version 12.9.5.5

I'm limited in space on my phone and I want to update my iPhone SE 3rd gen to iOS 27 via iTunes. I,m using my MacPro GEN 5 on Mojave. Itunes is Version 12.9.5.5

When I plug the phone, Itunes detects that an upgrade is available for the phone.

When i click to update, a pop-up screen arrive saying I need to upgrade some software in order to upgrade the iPhone. When I click continue, the screen search for a file to download It's something I have seen in the past. But now I get a message saying that the software is not available.

Anyone is having the same issues? Does anyone know of another way around this? I know I could delete files and APP but I've done this since I have the phone and it was working great.
