WhatsApp Status music stops after 5 seconds on iPhone 16

I am using an iPhone 16 with iOS 26.7 and WhatsApp version 26.36.74.

I have been experiencing an issue with WhatsApp Status music since I purchased this iPhone.

Whenever I view a WhatsApp Status containing a song/music, the music plays normally for approximately 5 seconds and then completely stops, while the Status/video continues playing normally.

This happens consistently with Statuses containing music. Some normal Statuses without music work correctly.

I have already tried:

* Restarting the iPhone

* Offloading and reinstalling WhatsApp

* Turning Bluetooth off

* Testing both Wi-Fi and mobile data

* Checking the volume/audio settings

The issue still occurs.

Please investigate this as a WhatsApp iOS Status music playback bug. My device is iPhone 16, iOS 26.7, WhatsApp 26.36.74.
