Medications app keeps reverting to previous day with last medications not logged

I notice that every morning on the medications app goes back to previous day suggesting I’ve missed my evening medication even though I’ve logged them and the app stated all medication for that day has been logged. All my software is up to date. Does anyone know why this keeps happening?
