Smart Apps wont recognize WIFI Network

Hi, my first time asking question.

I use an IPhone 15Pro. I have the latest software update 26.6.2 with updates automatically on.

I do not use VPN.

Issue: Two weeks ago Verizon (my ISP) was out at the box in front of my house, did something, lost power for about 1 minute and when it came back up all my smart apps, Aura frame, Residio, Leviton, SmartHQ stopped reconizing my network.

Called Verizon twice, first time 2.5 hours where they divided my network in two one for 5GH and the other for 2.4GH. My phone recognizes both and can use both. The Router a GL3100 was re-booted with no issues. Tried to re-connect all the smart apps to no avail. I have deleted the apps re-installed them, called tech support at all of the smart app locations and no one is able to help me find my networks. These two networks do not show up as a choice in any of the smart apps. Is it the router? Is it the Iphone? I am really at my wits end on how to handle. Does anyone else have an issue similar to this? I have even used AI to help with that, telling me to disconnect VPN, ( don't have it), going to my network.com and re-conencting to routers. Not doing anything. I have even gone to the electrical box to reset power to various appliances (oven) and still nothing. Please help me if you can.
