How to enable Live Rewind feature on Apple Watch Series 12?

I bought the 18 pro max and the watch series 12. I do not see any option or information about the live rewind feature. I double click the Digital Crown, I check setting on phone and watch. I made sure I downloaded Siri on the watch.

is there any information about this feature? It was the reason I purchased this watch. I’m married and rewinding a conversation would be great 😊

I believe that feature will be available in a later release of watchOS.
