Using Mail app on iPhone and iPad. An email account stopped working on both. Able to get it working on iPad, but not iPhone. Have done the recommended procedure. Once iPhone seemed to piggyback off the iPad, but only showed the inbox and not able to send. When got it to try to load imap, the iPhone didn’t load it. Wanted it to be a pop3 .

Does the recommend procedure include contacting your email provider support or looking at their help site?
