Macbook Air M4 not showing Apple Intelligence

i have a Macbook Air 13-inch, M4, 2025. it doesnt show apple intelligence. i am based in India and running Mac OS Golden Gate. i have enabled the region to United States and the language to English (US). What should I do?

Changing region and language will not be sufficient to enable a feature that isn’t available in the region you are actually located in.
