If you bought directly from Apple online, log into your Apple Account (account.apple.com) and go to "My Devices." Find your new device and select it. There should be a "View Invoice" link by it. From there you can print a copy.
Normally links to an invoice that way are available for about 18 months from date of purchase.
If you bought from a reseller, even an Apple-authorized reseller, you must contact them for the invoice.

I followed your instructions, but the clickable options available are: 1- Backup & Security: Find My iPad, 2- Wallet & Apple Pay: Remove items, and 3- About: Remove from account. There is no "View invoice" link. Just a bit of background: I visited an Apple Store, but the iPad with the specific configuration and color I wanted wasn't in stock. So, the sales associate placed an order for home delivery. This purchase was made during a tax-free period. I was able to buy the iPad accessories in the store and received the invoice for them via email as usual. Regarding the iPad invoice, Apple doesn't provide a printed copy—they send it via email—but I never received that email (I checked my spam folder). I usually only shop in physical stores; this was my first time buying from Apple online. When I log into my account on the Apple Store website, all my order details appear, including the delivery date, but below the order number—where the invoice link should be—it simply says "invoice available soon."
