Phone Number unavailable for sharing

Can anyone help me please? I feel like I’m going mad….my number is showing as unable to share despite being there correctly. I dont know if this has got anything to do with my device not showing as a trusted device for my daughters iPhone… this only seems to have happened since I changed network and transferred my number. Can anyone help please?
