iphone 13 promax.. Dropping wifi calls constantly

Iphone 13 max drops calls constantly.. wifi calling is only option in the mountains with poor cell service. using Fiber wi-fi in home thru localBREMC electric company provider and wifi calling is turned on in phone settings. i have switched cell providers from comcast to selectel both have wi-fi calling ) and both say its the router .. I contacted BREMC and there is not an issue of the actual wifi router turning on and off per their system checks and rebooted== they suggested turning off data on calls, which I did and that did not make any difference. help im at wits end, text seems to work fine

Because the iPhone forces a cellular connection if even a weak signal is available, you must manually stop it from searching for a cell tower while you are at home.

Swipe down from the top right of your screen to open the Control Center.
Tap the Airplane Mode icon (it will turn orange).
Tap the Wi-Fi icon right next to it to turn Wi-Fi back ON.
Test a call: With Cellular completely disabled, your phone is forced to rely 100% on BREMC's fiber Wi-Fi. If your calls stop dropping, this proves the issue is network switching. (Just remember to turn Airplane Mode off when you leave the house!)
