After one month of usage I am seeing these small dots on my screen, they are not dead pixels, I see them even when my MacBook is turned off. Plus that I am seeing keyboard marks on the screen as well.

Have you installed a keyboard protector? Those are the guilty parties in many issues like yours. If a cover was involved, that would not be covered by warranty.
Hopeful Apple will find this to be a warranty item. Otherwise the entire display must be replaced. Very expensive, US$500 and up. The transparent cover cannot be separately replaced.

If you can not clean them, and they seem to be inside the display, you should definitely visit an Apple Store or Authorised Apple Service Provider.
I'm using a thin pice of paper which I put on the keyboard of my MacBook Pro before closing the lid very carefully, to keep dirt getting onto the display. When I first bought it, it came with such a thin pice of paper.
Although I use the wireless keyboard most of the time, I still can find some marks on the display.
The thing is that I assume these are not dirt, but they seem to be small bubbles under the screen or damage on the layers of the screen. I tried to keep everything clean as well but still I got those dots.
If there is any way that I can prevent more dots like this I'd be appreciated to know the ways.
