Help with assigning the same knobs on my MIDI to multiple plugins with Controller Assignments

I need help with a problem I have been facing for multiple years in Logic Pro. Wanting to assign the same 8 knobs to multiple plugins without it conflicting.

How could I assign my knobs to the stock plugin Alchemy without it affecting the MIDI map on my Serum 2?

If I go to Controller Assignments, make a new Zone, and label my Mode "Alchemy" and learn "Delay" for the first knob on my MPK Mini Plus, this will prevent the MIDI map on my Serum 2 from stopping working for the first knob, since I have assigned the first knob on my MPK to one of the parameters inside Serum 2.

Is there any possibility of having the same knob work? How can I achieve this? Thanks
