FaceTime calls made on MacBook Air have stopped appearing in call history on iPhone (Phone App).

I’ve noticed that since around the 11th of September, when I make a FaceTime call on my MacBook Air, the call doesn't log itself on my iPhone under “Recent”. In the past, when I would make a FaceTime call using my MacBook Air, I could go into my Phone app on my iPhone and under “recent” see a log of the FaceTime call. Not only do I no longer see it in my phone call history but even in the FaceTime app on my iPhone, the call is not logged there either. I’ve checked all the settings for the FaceTime app on both iPhone and MacBook Air and everything is as it should be. Any idea why this is happening?
