iPhone 13 Pro Max notifications not working for specific apps

Hello! I need help with IPhone 13 Pro Max

I'm currently having trouble with notifications apps like instagram, discord, telegram, facebook and messenger. It doesn't ring when called and it doesn't show any notifications. I don't have do not disturb on and I don't change any notifications in settings. It starts to affect apps that I use a lot but I still get notifications from other apps normally.

I try to offloading it and clearing cache
Update IOS 26 to latest IOS26
Update to IOS 27
Turn off notifications and restart iPhone
Have 80Gb left

Or Use and customize the Action button on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)

Then please check the following.

Check your DND status - Settings > Focus [Do Not Disturb]; Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Check BedTime Status - Clock App; Use Bedtime to track your sleep on your iPhone - Apple Support
Check your iPhone Sound Volume; Adjust the volume on your iPhone - Apple Support
Check Call Audio Routing; Call Audio Routing Bluetooth / Speaker / Automatic
Check Auto Answer Calls; Turn off Auto Answer Calls
Check the list of Blocked Numbers --> Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone ...

To get Notifications when the Screen is locked see the pic below which is self-explanatory
To turn ON notifications selectively for apps, go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll Down to the App and turn ON notifications... Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)

Same thing happened to me. I didn't make any changes, but on the same day, I started having the same issues. Stopped receiving notifications. I did completely delete one app and reinstall it and it is working again (Ring). I followed the instructions above and I can get iMessage notifications again, but other apps like WhatsApp are not working with the instructions above. I don't even get a badge showing the number of notifications on the app on the home screen until I open the app and see the notification count for each chat. The only thing that I wonder about is that I think I did turn off Personal Focus that day after I was wondering what the person icon was next to the time. I just completely deleted all the Focus modes and turned off Do Not Disturb modes.

As you may see I didn't change anything about Notifications

I had try so many way to try to fix this but didn't work I even try updating using PC with it but still didn't work

I don't have the mute switch on

It just 1 day it starts to act with Instagram first because it's the most used app than it's starting to affect Discord, Messanger and Telegram. I can't get Notifications on any messages nor calls

honestly , i'm having the same issue . even after i try everything , re-install the apps . check DND . hard restart and so on , nothing work . all this so hard and stupid now
