Original Title: there is no sound coming from my macbook air 2017 model it shows the output speaker to be headphones but i don't use headphones they are not connected to any headphones

Most likely the I/O Board containing the headphone jack is bad. I don't recall what type of headphone jack the 2017 MBAir used, but I do know that the headphone jacks on the older Macs tended to have this issue a lot because one of the contacts within the jack would become bent & short out against the grounded casing.
Sometimes inserting & removing a headphone plug can sometimes "fix" the issue (especially if you don't use wired headphones/speakers).
Have you tried rebooting the laptop? A simple reboot can sometimes fix a lot of things. Maybe you will get lucky and there was just some glitch in macOS causing this problem (unlikely, but worth a try).

These are not the special key commands and will not do anything. I don't know what special startup events you were trying to trigger here. The only time the power button is included for any special event is for powering on, forcing a power off, wake from sleep, and when performing an SMC Reset (or with a 2018+ model to enter DFU Mode). When performing an SMC Reset the "R" and "P" keys are not involved.
The "P" + "R" keys seem to indicate you may be trying to perform a PRAM Reset which would be Command + Option + P + R.....the power button is not involved except to first power on the laptop if it is already powered off.
I just examined the I/O Board for a 2017 MBAir and its headphone jack is the newer style which does not have the known failure issue. The I/O Board could still be bad.
You can try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if it reports a hardware issue.
What I mean is that as soon as I press power button for switching on the laptop I have to immediately press these keys - command , option , p,r
