Hi there

Please try this

  • On your iPhone, navigate to Settings > General > CarPlay, select your vehicle, and tap Forget This Car.
  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find your car's network, and choose Forget This Device.
  • Go into your car's dashboard infotainment menu and delete your iPhone from its device management list.
  • Restart your phone completely before re-pairing.
