Saya sudah membatalkan free trial sebelum waktunya,tetapi apps nya tiba2 jadi memperpanjag sendiri, dan mengharuskan saya membayar tagihan, padahal saya sudah membatalkan free trialnya, sehingga saat ini saya tidak bisa melakukan pembayaran ataupun download aplikasi pada apps store berikan pencerahannya agar bisa hapus tagihan tertunda ini dari akun saya.

To resolve this, go to Settings, [your name], select Subscriptions and confirm that the subscription was canceled.
Then, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the charge and request a refund explaining you canceled before the trial ended.
