Issues with Apple Home after updating to OS 27

I updated my HomePods and Apple TVs to their respective OS 27, and ever since then Apple Home hasn't been working consistently. Accessories that were connecting just fine before now show up as "Not Responding." What's even more weird is that accessories that show up as connected in my iPhone Home app are not responding on my Mac mini Home app. It's all seemingly random.

The common factor is that the problem accessories are all Matter (Leviton light switches and Nest thermostats). I've tried switching between my Apple TVs and HomePods as a home hub, but with the same result.

I'm guessing this is because of bugs in the new OS, but was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issues.
