Cannot access already paid TV stream app paid through Apple

I have a paid subscription to Paramount + streaming service that i paid through Apple. It is shown on my “Subscriptions” under my name section in settings on my Apple devices. It is Paid through Feb 19, 2027. Tonight I cannot log-in to Paramought + App on my Apple TV 4K 4th Gen. I tried resetting the App and entering my credentials but that did not work. I tried reconnecting and it said my provider (Apple) does not provide this connection, ie, the subscription and I should contact them (Apple). I’ve searched the Paramount + support extensively without success and they don’t provide other support.

==> what do I do to regain access to my Paramount+ account? I cannot access it through the web or the Paramount + App.
