Unable to receive OTP for Apple Account login on iPhone and MacBook

I am unable to sign in to my Apple account because neither a phone call nor an SMS for the OTP arrives on my MacBook or iPhone. I contacted my service provider, who confirmed there is no restriction on my SIM. Could you suggest ways to work around this issue?
