How can I clear my Apple Account balance to change region?

Hello! Please help me zero out the balance on my Apple Account ($0.01). I want to change my App Store country or region, but the balance needs to be zero to do so. Thank you!

Purchase something from the App Store at a cost greater than your balance. This is the quickest option.
If you are unable to spend the remaining balance, then contact Apple Support to request a reset of your account balance to zero.
