Wallpaper Colors Washed Out on Iphone

Whenever i apply a wallpaper all the colors seem to get washed out and less colorful, i tried everything in the settings disabling night mode, true tone etc. but nothing worked. The image looks good in the preview but as soon as i apply it all the colors are gone. And i should be precise that it is not darkened, just less vibrant. And yes it happens with all the photos i apply.

I have an Iphone 11 pro max running on the latest IOS 27.0
