Create an email distribution list from Pages document emails

I have created a neighborhood directory in pages, which includes everyone's email. I have saved a pdf version to distribute. The directory is 9 pages long, covers 5 different nearby developments in a foreign country, and includes over 70 entries, most of which include two emails as in the example below. I could click on each email to send each person a copy with an individual email and attached the pdf copy, but this would take a very long time. Is there an easy way to make an email distribution list? Is there a way to copy the email addresses into one email so I can attach the pdf copy and one explanatory email to the entire group?

Here is an invented example of the type of information found in each entry. The actual entries are single spaced and emails are clickable in the directory.

SDT-308 John and Jane Doe (full-time)

Bonzo: resident canine

John: +1*** (U.S. mobile)

***@gmail.com

Jane: + ***

***@yahoo.com

Pages has nothing to do with Apple Mail. Distribution lists start by entering the indviduals into your Contacts application, and from there, you can build a distribution list that can be sent via Apple Mail using that PDF as an attachment. One email address per recipient to avoid duplication. No avoiding the labor of doing that.

The Pages email link category must be assigned to text in the document and does allow for one to enter a comma-separated list of email addresses. When you click that link in Pages, it launches a new Mail compose window with those email addresses populated in the To: field — but the Pages document is not attached to the email body.

The Contacts distribution list is the correct approach that one can launch from within Contacts and then drag and drop the PDF of the neighborhood directory onto that email compose window.

I'm not a Pages user so this might not be any help.

The functionality you're looking for is called a mailto: link. I don't know if you can create them in Pages and I doubt that they'd work when sent as pdfs but have a look at

and if that doesn't help then a web or AI search around creating mailto: links in Pages docs isn't a bad way to spend Sunday afternoon.
