Thank you kindly for your reply, and for checking that out.
There are many possible causes for the situation: We don't have a lot to go on in order to pinpoint the cause of the situation precisely.
Below are a couple more thoughts / suggestions.

(✽) You might want to check that you have the latest version of iPadOS 26
installed; Eg: About iPadOS 26 Updates - Apple Support says iPadOS 26.7
and
"This update introduces Playlist Playground and Concerts in Apple Music, and 8 new emoji, along with other features, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPad".
If you choose to update the iPadOS to iPadOS26.7 (or even upgrade to iPadOS 27)
Reminder: It is always wise to back-up iPad first beforehand.

(✽) Not all websites work well on all browsers. Many of us find we need an alternate browser for the few websites we find necessary that do not perform well on Safari.
Not all website developers have the skills (or they do, yet are not paid the time) to ensure their website works well on all browsers.
The help or support section of the website will often explain which browsers the site is designed to work on.
Eg: My local grocery-shopping site is unusable on Safari, so I must use an alternative browser that operates ok on the website (Firefox in this case).
The popular website is likely aimed more at Windows users.

Re: "How do I fix this?"
(✽) Check which browsers are preferred by the websites that do not load in Safari.
Consider downloading an alternate browser if preferred by the websites.
or
(✽) See whether any unnecessary third-party (non-Apple) apps (virus-checkers, ad-blockers, cleaners and the like), or VPN (if not supplied by an employer) are causing interference by turning them off, or, better yet, using un-installers from their developers to get rid of them and their associated files:
