Im on a iMac from 2024 running tahoe. Just updated Numbers and all my templates are gone. How to I retrieve them

I now have a tested AppleScript that when one chooses either of Pages, Numbers, or Keynote from a list dialog, it will then copy the respective v14.* application's user-defined templates to the v15.* user template location. Basically, mash a button get a result.
I can post that script here if you want. I no longer have any these v14 applications installed on macOS 27.0, so cannot test on that version of macOS. There are no changes to v14.* or v15.* application user template locations, so the script should work equally well on Golden Gate.
Tested: macOS 26.7
Templates are gone in Numbers 15.
