MacOS 27 Siri not working

I upgraded to macOS 27 on release day and remain unable to enable Siri stuck in "adding support in progress". Surprisingly, when I sign in to a secondary MacBook user with the same Apple ID, the new Siri features function fully, unlike on my primary user account where I updated the macOS. I have consulted several Apple support agents without understanding the issue. My iPhone’s new Siri features began working a day after joining the waitlist, but my MacBook has not. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
