Woke up to all calendar events gone, no software updates or changes from me or automated.
iphone 16, iOS 26.
Have tried all reccomendations including restoring an older backup from iCloud which didn’t work
iPhone 16, iOS 26
My calendars and events are also inexplicably gone but notes, reminders, and alarms are all still in place. Using iPhone 16 currently running iOS 26.6.2, presumably since that update was pushed out. iCloud has not retained calendar data so I am unable to restore calendars that way. Not sure why as I have never had to opt-in to saving this data before. Would restoring my phone to a previous iOS help restore my calendars?
Some calendar events have also been wiped out. For example: birthdays (recurring every year), doctor appointments (automatically added when you book the appointment). One subscription has not been deleted (added with custom api).
I use an iPhone SE 2022.
All calendar events missing on iPhone 16
