Hello, I was tearing down my old Power Mac G4! I removed screws, removed some stuff and I got to the last part: removing the motherboard. I removed all the screws and things on t but it still won't move. Please help!

There were a number of "Power Mac G4" models and motherboard removal can also require removing the processor module and its standoffs from the board, to lift it from the chassis. If you identify your model by the number indicated on the rear label, it would be be helpful in terms of providing directions.
Is your G4 one of the early models, as shown in this graphic?
Any desktop Mac with a PowerPC processor will identify as "Powermac G4." That encompasses Mac Minis, eMacs, and iMacs.
Look for the label/sticker with identification information. Don’t tell us the serial number but rather look for a model designation with the letters M or A followed by four digits. Examples: M4894; A 1047. Although once related to form factor, that should be enough to let us know what computer family this is.
I believe the only G4 with a "hidden" identification sticker was the eMac. It's on a sticker inside the optical drive door:
