Unable to hide Siri History displayed in CarPlay

I cannot hide Siri History in CarPlay, my history is on full display to car passengers.

There are lots of things I have tried but I am down to 2 workarounds.

1) Manually clear the conversation after every single Siri interaction, extremely tedious

2) Disable new Siri entirely, I bought the phone specifically for this so not a great option

It is not feasible to display my full Siri history in the car.
