Performance Issues after installing IOS 27

My MAC BOOK PRO has suffered problems since I upgraded to IOS 27.

Settings were changed. MAIL was slow and disfunctionl for quite some time; it has mostly recovered, but still runs differently than it did.

But MOSTLY, SAFARI! SLOOOOOW and VERY SLOW to return to the home page after pushing the home ICON. I have to use GOOGLE CHROME to get anywhere, which leaves me without my passwords.

What has APPLE DONE and WHEN will they fix it?

Thi is like being back with WINDOWS!!!!
