Apple Customer Relations the missing link

does anyone really get support from apple, I purchased an Ipad in the US it has been troublesome since that date nine months , It is now dead and they insist on sending it back for another look after a previous FNF. They are in breech of UK consumer rights act they deny this, but there is no escalation. You have to write to them with a letter in an envelope that does seem to me to be a company that cares

Did you already have a look at the US version of the Apple One Year Limited Warranty? If you bought your device in the US, the warranty for this region is valid.


The only other thing you could do would be, visiting an Apple Store next to your place, to get personally into contact with the Apple Support. However, Apple Support in the UK may not be able to handle warranty claims for your iPad bought in the US.
