How do I resolve 'Put container(s) failed' error when uploading files to iCloud Drive on Windows 11?

hi

i have icloud install on my windows 11 pc on my org

i have issue that when i'm trying to upload file to my drive

i'm getting sync pending

i've check the logs and getting this
