Tahoe KVM-Switch Blocks All Outbound Traffic

Hello,

I have a display hooked up directly via HDMI, a KVM supplied mouse and keyboard, and stable 5g WIFI. Mouse and keyboard sharing and all other proximity to other macs settings are disabled, including wifi. When the KVM is switched to the other system ie. there is no mouse or keyboard connected to this system, networking shows as offline after a short period of time. Wifi is still connected, however UDP and TCP stacks pause. This started in Tahoe.
