Monthly fitness challenge disappeared from Fitness app

September’s monthly fitness challenge disappeared from my Fitness app before I completed it. Can I add it somehow?

Apple confirms that Monthly Challenges appear under Activity-> Awards ->Monthly Challenges, or Fitness -> Awards on iPhone. However, Apple doesn’t provide a way to restore or add an expired monthly challenge.

It did not expire — It disappeared within the first 10 days of the month. Today is the last day of the month, so it should expire tomorrow.

Mine disappeared as well. I’ve been searching to see how I did for September.
