Apple Watch Ultra 4 Solar watch face shows incorrect sunrise time

Solar watchface on Ultra 4 not showing correct sunrise. According to the internet, sunrise at my location is 7:10am but the Solar face shows it at 10am. I notice it is always 12 hours worth of daytime while I can see others on the internet with longer daytime. I can't figure out what's causing the wrong sunrise. Any help is appreciated. TIA

Daylight longer than 12 hours:

Hi there

Please try this

Enable Precise Location for Clock: On your iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, tap on Clock, and make sure it is set to While Using the App with Precise Location turned ON.

Check Apple Watch Faces Permission: In the same Location Services menu on your iPhone, scroll down to find Apple Watch Faces (or System Services if applicable) and ensure access is allowed.

Check Weather App Settings: The solar and sunrise data often relies on the Weather app's location access. Verify your default Weather app has Always or While Using permission with precise location enabled.

Restart Both Devices: Turn off both your Apple Watch and your paired iPhone, then turn them back on to force a refresh of the location cache.

Re-add the Watch Face: Delete the Solar watch face from your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone, and add it back fresh.

I found the solution in a YouTube video. The solution is not a setting on the watch nor is a setting in the Watch app. The solution is a setting on the phone. SMH

You can't actually control what place the Solar watch face visualizes by putting in a zipcode or city. It only works by your actual location. So if you don't want tech prying into your privacy, the Solar watch face is not for you. It *could* have been done by simply allowing the user to specify a place but Apple implemented it soley based on it's Location Services. To use Solar Watch Face, you have to turn on the location services for all watch faces in iPhone > Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Not on the watch mind you, and not in the Watch App, no, iPhone settings. Geez.
