iPhone 13 Pro display turns green and is unusable after iOS 27 update

Dear Apple Customer Support Team,

1. I am a long-time Apple customer and have been using Apple products for many years. I have always trusted Apple for the quality, reliability, and user experience of its products.

2. However, I am currently facing a serious issue with my device following the recent iOS 27 update. After updating the software, the display has started turning green and the device has become inaccessible/unusable. It is pertinent to mention that there is no physical damage and no liquid ingress to the device. This has caused me significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.

3. As a loyal and long-standing Apple customer, I am disappointed to experience such an issue immediately following auto update software updation. Furthermore, from my side I had seeked assistance from Apple India customer care 000800 1009009 for repair of the defect at the company end service. However, they were unable to provide a free repair pertinent to defect. I request that Apple look into this matter on priority and provide an appropriate solution, whether through a software fix, repair, replacement or any other suitable resolution.

4. I would appreciate it if this issue could be escalated to the concerned technical team. I value my relationship with Apple and hope the company will take this matter seriously and assist me at the earliest. Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

Regards,

Debasish ***

Sorry, but the official Apple Support can't be reached by posting in this user to user community.

Did the local Apple Support diagnose your iPhone online as a first step?

Im stuck in the same situation, Apple has denied me a free replacement. for your information its a common issue with iphone 13 pros/pro maxs its some manufacturing defect but apple never really came forward, some customers have gotten free replacements event if the device is out of warrenty. Idk why my case is being treat differently. Maybe if you have some luck call them up and ask the customer care.

Idk, but I have raised a case in the National Consumer Helpline that's still in process(Idk if that's an option for you; try there if you live in India). Honestly, I've been a big Apple fanboy all my life, but this has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth about Apple. They kinda expect you to bite the bullet and pay for the new screen or upgrade. I really don't understand why some cases have gotten replacements, and we're both struggling. Please update me also if you find a way to get yours replaced too.
