HID Mouse Behavior Bug on iOS 27

After updating to iOS 27 (across iPhone models) the mouse control behaves very differently from previous iOS versions. Very quick (milli sec) and precise mouse movements, with the same starting position and the same deltas applied do not end the mouse cursor at the same position every time. It's almost as if deltas are either being skipped, dropped or ignored. This occurs no matter what the sensitivity of the mouse is set to. This seems like a bug. Is any one else experiencing this issue?
