iTunes column widths reset themselves for iPhone playlists on Windows 11

Hi

I've used iTunes since the days of an early iPod and never had any real issues.

As my attached 5 screenshots show, the column widths reset themselves size each time I reopen iTunes.

If you look at my Music list for the iPhone, they show an ever increasing width for each of the headings every time I close and reopen iTunes. You'll note how wide they are getting by the scroll bar diminishing in size at the bottom. This happens on all the Playlists. It doesn't seem to happen with my main Library. It's a bit tedious when I wish to check my a Playlist, but if it can't be rectified I'll cope.

I'm using Windows 11, latest iTunes version 12.13.11 with my iPhone 15 (on an ASUS Vivobook if that's at all relevant).

I hope I've explained it clearly enough along with the screenshots.

Has anybody seen this and have a suggestion?

Many thanks

Rick
