Perhaps an idea best suited would be to report this to Apple directly
and avoid complications. When Apple sees there is a problem, they
can review this issue and revise an update, or create a patch, etc.
Or with an iOS device iPhone or iPad, to shut down the product
and restart it could help the newer update settle in correctly.
Force Restarting an iPhone
"IF your iPhone is unresponsive, you may need to Force Restart it:
•Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
•Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
•Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears,
then release the button.
•To shut off your iPhone, press and hold the side button and either
volume button until the power-off slider appears, then drag the slider.
•To restart it, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo."

Another angle might be to report an iOS issue ~within Feedback link
that may be used for a different Feedback paths. Some issues follow
software/hardware paths; aggregate reports help to adjust top-down.
