Drag and drop photos from Photos to Calendar app fails sometimes on iOS

Sometimes, I could directly drag and drop images from Photos app to Calendar app to automatically create calenda note with my image as an attachments file just fine but sometimes it doesn’t.

Yesterday, I was unable to drag and drop photos from the Photos app directly. (When I can’t use this feature, I switch to use save photo to File app then drag-drop from File app to Calenda method instead.) However, today the feature started working again without any issues.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known bug, or could a temporary system glitch?
