Can I exchange my earpods if I chose the wrong type?
I accidentally have bought 3.5 mm type on the Internet can I change the one with the type C at an apple store
(I didn't opened its box)

Assuming you purchased them from Apple, you can return your unopened box to any Apple Store for a full refund (and then purchase the correct EarPods if you wish).
