Face Time on MacBook Air

Hi everyone ,

I have an issue with Face Time on Macbook Air (Golden Gate ). I have to sign in every time I use it. I have gone through all steps known on all websites, but all in vain. once I close it, I have to re-sign, though all othre apps are working well. nay once has a clur how to fix this ?
