I recently purchased my fifth pair of Beats 360 as all other units (including this fifth one) have all had a hissing sound when music is/isn't playing, and in both transparency, ANC, and regular modes (also am on the latest firmware of 4A262. Just wondering if anyone has found a fix or if this is a hardware/software issue. Thanks all!
One thing missing in your post is what source(s) are you using with these Beats? If more than one, does this hissing continue regardless of which device the Beats are connected to?
Not to sound flippant, but you would think after the 2nd pair, you would reconsider getting a different model or brand ...
... and I'm sure you are already aware that the Beats 360 "hiss" issue has been a known issue for sometime now. I just did a quick Internet search, and this issue has come up in dozens of articles.
