Siri AI features not available on Ultra 4.

I’m unable to enable any AI features on ultra 4 watch. Already have the Siri beta in my phone but there is no option to enable things like Siri recap on the watch app from my phone. Did all updates, in the US, Siri AI works from phone and watch when I active it manually.
