How to Turn Off Workout Buddy Voice PERMANENTLY

How do I turn off workout buddy voice over permanently?

I hate this feature. I hate it so much. I did not enable it, I did not want it on my phone or my apple watch. How do I permanently disable the workout buddy voice when I'm working out with my apple watch? I've already turned off feedback and my phone is always on Silent mode.
