Logic Pro "Speakeasy" multi-channel drum kit audio is out of sync

Hello. Simple problem.

I have a song using the "speakeasy" drum kit. The normal kit works perfectly fine. All in sync, good to go.

When I try and use the "speakeasy" multi-channel drum kit, the overheads are way ahead of the close mics, and the close mics are just too late. Totally unusable.

Long time Logic user, tried everything I can think of. Putting logic in "low latency mode" seems to kinda sorta fix the timing but level drops by like 2/3rd.

It might have something to do with the drum group. Don't know.

Switching to a different multi-channel drum kit.. WORKS... but just for a moment. It then goes back soon to being out of sync.

So far just using the non-multi channel "speakeasy" works but of course, not ideal.

Anyone???

I hope it's okay for me to quote the Logic Pro User Guide for Mac:

"Important: When using multi-channel kits, make sure that plug-in latency compensation is set to All in Audio General settings. This ensures phase-coherent playback of all channel strips in the multi-miked drum kit mix."

Your problem definitely sounds like a phase (timing) issue, so this should apply to your problem.

You have tried setting the I/O Buffer Size to: 1024 Samples?

Thank you I have indeed set latency compensation to "all," that has always been checked.

I did not specifically set the latency to 1024, but I will try that. I doubt if that's related but you never know.
