Numbers: Missing 'Create table for source data' button on iPhone and iPad

I have lost the “Create table for source data” button on Numbers on both my iPhone and my iPad and I can’t figure out how to get it back?

In the Apple help guide it literally says 1. Go to the Numbers app on your iPad. 2. Open a spreadsheet, then select a populated cell in a pivot table. 3. Tap “Cell”, then tap Create Table for Source Data.

However, as you can see in the screenshot this button no longer appears when I go on the “Cell” functions button. As I said this is on both my devices and also multiple different devices of my family. We all used to be able to do this before the latest 2 or 3 updates probably - have they taken this feature away?
