How to obtain a prepaid mailer for recycling an Apple Card?

Received a replacement titanium applecard. It came without a box to send it in for recycling. These cards are impossible for end users to destroy.

I searched this forum for how to obtain a prepaid mailer for recycling. The newest post was two years old, and apparently the instructions have changed since they no longer work.
