Circle k gas pump failure

for gas and a food item.

There was a gas pump failure so their system automatically removed the cost for gas from that transaction (same transaction number) so the transaction total is different. Usually it goes immediately back on the Apple Cash card or whatever card I’ve used, but this time it’s been in pending status for 11 hours. I am

out of gas now and can’t move anywhere until it gets back in the card
